Our Copyright Respect
Shadida is a translation tool only. We do not permanently store or redistribute videos. If you are a rights holder and believe a user uploaded your content without permission, notify us immediately and we will remove it within 24 hours.
How to File a DMCA Notice
Email shadida.localize@gmail.com with: your full name, proof of rights ownership, URL of the infringing video on Shadida or task ID, your signature (electronic or scanned). A ready-made template is available upon request.
Our Response Pledge
We respond to every valid DMCA notice within 24 business hours. Action taken: immediate removal of the video, notification of the uploading user, suspension of account after 3 repeat offenses.
Counter-Notice Right
If you are a user whose video was removed in error, you have the right to submit a counter-notice within 14 days. Email shadida.localize@gmail.com with your evidence. We will review and restore the video if the original notice was invalid.
Warning About False Notices
Filing a false DMCA notice is a federal crime (in the US) and creates civil liability in all jurisdictions. Do not file a notice unless you are certain you own the rights.
