Acceptance of Terms

By using the Shadida platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Shadida provides video transcription, translation, and subtitle burning services using AI technology. We strive to provide the best quality possible but do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

Tokens, Subscriptions & Payment

The service runs on "tokens" that renew monthly per plan. Payments are processed via Whop (as Merchant of Record), which handles checkout and invoicing. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled — you may cancel anytime and keep access until the paid period ends. We offer a 7-day refund from purchase (absent abuse).

Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You may not upload unlawful content or content you don’t own the rights to, infringe others’ rights, attempt to hack the system, or resell the service. Your uploads and outputs remain yours. The Shadida platform (code, designs, subtitle styles, algorithms, brand) is owned by us; copying or reverse-engineering it is prohibited. We may suspend violating accounts.

Improving the Service with Your Corrections

When you edit a transcription or translation in the review screens, we retain anonymized pairs of the machine text and your edit — without your name, email, or video content — and use them to improve the platform's translation quality and domain glossaries. This data is never sold or shared with third parties, and is deleted with your account upon request.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and automated output may contain errors. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits, and our maximum liability does not exceed what you paid in the last 3 months.

Governing Law & Contact

Shadida is operated by an individual, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, whose courts have jurisdiction over disputes. Contact: shadida.localize@gmail.com
